Currently there are severe international shipping disruptions. Return shipping will be at the senders own risk in the case of failed deliveries or returns to sender. Please make sure you use tracked insured shipping for your security.
We ACCEPT RETURNS but we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES
Please do not return to the sender address on the parcel, you can chat to us or use our contact us form to ask for our return address.
Returns are accepted on unused items within 2 weeks of receiving your package (not including delivery time, don't worry about how long shipping takes back to us).
Your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with any labels and tags still attached.
If your item is sent back late or not in unworn condition, we have the right to refuse your return and we are not responsible for shipping the items back to you.
Please include your order number somewhere on or in the return package and clearly mark it as a RETURN without sales value to avoid Customs issues.
You will be responsible for choosing a reliable tracked delivery service and will need to retain proof of postage in the event that there is an issue in the postage process. We do not accept returns which do not have a tracking number. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Each item will incur a processing fee (original shipping and packing fee) of £15 that will be deducted from the refund. Once you are approved for a refund, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment and this will reach your account in 5-10 working days depending on your bank.
Replacements on defective items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective item, contact us and reply to our email, letting us know your item is damaged. If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be issued store credit. Alternatively if you do not want a replacement you can follow our returns procedure however, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
