How do I find the right size?

Please refer to our sizing details here. Each product has slightly different measurements. To make sure you pick the right size, please measure your own bust and waist measurements and compare yours to ours. If you are between sizes, please size up. If you need more help please contact us.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes! All our workers are paid fair wages according to CCC certifications and we plant trees for every order placed. Please see our Practices and Sustainability section for more details here.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Normally our orders process in around 5 working days (Mon to Fri) and shipping takes around 10 working days (Mon to Fri) to most areas. If it has been more than 5 working days (Mon to Fri) since you placed your order, or more than 25 working days (Mon to Fri) since it was shipped, please contact us with your order number.

Do I need to pay customs?

You do not need to pay any additional customs at delivery. Prices have all fees included. Only, if you are based in the UK, since Brexit, you will need to pay VAT at checkout. 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order at parcelsapp.com, just enter your tracking number which should have been emailed or texted to you. If not, please contact us with your order number and we will help you track it.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled but you can return it if you do not want it when it arrives.

How can I return my order?

Please find our return and refund details here and fill out our contact us form with "return" and your order number.

How do I change the address on my order?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP and we will try to amend it for you. This can only be done before your parcel is sent. After it is sent, it is up to our shipping provider's discretion whether they can change it or not. If they cannot change it, it will eventually be returned to us and we can resend or refund it then, after deducting the return cost. 

Is my parcel delayed?

If it has been more than 5 working days (Mon to Fri) since you placed your order and you have not received an email with your tracking details, your parcel may be delayed due to Covid-19 disruptions. With the current pandemic situation and new global strains of Covid-19, our designers and manufacturers have been vigilant in protecting our garment workers so there have been production delays. Please contact us with your order number and we will help you track your order's process. 

Is my parcel lost?

If you think your parcel has been lost or the tracking has not updated in a long time, please contact us with your order number and we will help you resolve this.

Can I pay with PayPal?

All our payment options include buyers protection guarantees. Please contact us if you would like to checkout using PayPal in particular. We will process a manual order for you at no extra expense.

With the current pandemic situation and new global strains of Covid-19, our designers and manufacturers have been vigilant in protecting our garment workers so there have been production delays and there could be postal delays depending on your country's restrictions. If it has been more than 5 working days (Mon to Fri) since you placed your order, or more than 25 working days (Mon to Fri) since it was shipped, please contact us with your order number and we will help you.
